As part of preparations for accreditation, the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Beni Suef University visits the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence to conduct an internal review.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Heba Atef El-Shimi, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the University, and within the framework of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence’s preparations to apply for accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, the Faculty received an internal review visit from the University’s Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center on Monday, February 9, 2026.

The visit was led by Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty, and attended by Dr. Heba Hamdy, Director of the Faculty's Quality Assurance Unit, and Dr. Amira Mohi El-Din, Deputy Director of the Unit. The review team included Professor Dr. Heba Atef El-Shimy, Director of the Center, Professor Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Deputy Director of the Center, Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Saber, and Professor Dr. Marwa Salah, members of the Center's technical committees.

The visit included a review of several institutional accreditation standards, including:
Administrative structure
Community engagement
Graduate studies
Strategic planning
Scientific research
Leadership and governance

The visit also included:

Reviewing the college's self-study
Examining the documents and attachments related to the standards
Assessing the extent to which the files meet the accreditation requirements
Providing the necessary technical support and guidance to complete and develop the documents

This visit comes as part of the College of Computers and Artificial Intelligence’s commitment to fulfilling all academic accreditation requirements and enhancing the quality system, which contributes to improving the educational and research process and achieving institutional excellence in accordance with the highest quality standards.
