As part of the Faculty's training and educational activities and its commitment to providing outstanding opportunities for its students, the Faculty, represented by Professor Dr. Ahmed Bahaa El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, has successfully secured a grant from Cisco Systems and the Education Development Fund of the Cabinet.
The grant includes 48 free opportunities for Faculty students to take the CCNA (Cysco Certified Network Associate) exam, one of the most prominent international certifications in the field of networking and information technology.
The cost of taking each exam is approximately 7,000 Egyptian pounds (according to the current exchange rate), bringing the total value of the grant to over 335,000 Egyptian pounds. This reflects confidence in the capabilities of the Faculty's students and their ability to achieve excellence.
This initiative was implemented during April and May 2026 through online learning, targeting students at all levels of study within the college. Its aim was to support them in obtaining internationally recognized certifications that would qualify them to compete in the local and international job markets.
This achievement aligns with the college's strategy to expand training and professional development opportunities and build effective partnerships with leading international institutions. This contributes to developing qualified professionals equipped with modern technological skills and supports the digital transformation and sustainable development process.
