A scientific lecture on the use of artificial intelligence in monitoring the performance of jet engines.

and the patronage of Professor Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud Ibrahim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development,

Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty,

and Professor Dr. Ahmed Bahaa El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development.

As part of the Faculty's efforts to raise awareness and educate its students, a scientific lecture (webinar) entitled:

"Using Artificial Intelligence to Monitor Jet Engine Performance in Harsh Environments" has been approved.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Dr. Ahmed Fayez El-Sayed, Professor of Space Science and Mechanical Power Engineering at Zagazig University, based on a proposal by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Naggar, Head of the Computer Science Department, and after obtaining all necessary approvals.

This lecture aims to highlight the importance of artificial intelligence and its advanced applications in the field of space science, and its role in improving the efficiency of monitoring and operating jet engines, especially in challenging conditions and environments.

This event is scheduled to take place online in April 2026 and is aimed at college students, contributing to raising their scientific awareness and connecting their academic studies with advanced practical applications.

This seminar is part of the college's commitment to hosting a select group of experts and specialists and fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge among its students, thus supporting their preparation to keep pace with modern scientific and technological developments.
