A scientific visit by college students to the Cabinet's Decision Support Center

Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University,

and the patronage of Professor Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud Ibrahim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development,

Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty,

and Professor Dr. Ahmed Bahaa El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development.

As part of the Faculty's efforts to raise awareness and educate its students, the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence organized a scientific visit to the Decision Support Center of the Cabinet during March 2026.

The visit was led by Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty, and included a number of faculty members. They accompanied a group of students to learn about the nature of the Center's work and its vital role in supporting decision-makers.

During the visit, Dr. Zein El-Din Abdel-Tawab, CEO of the Center, received the Faculty delegation and reviewed the state's ongoing efforts in the field of digital transformation, institutional development, and the use of modern technology in supporting policies and decision-making.

The visit aimed to introduce students to the work of the Decision Support Center and familiarize them with the operational mechanisms within government institutions, as well as enhance their awareness of the role of technology in supporting the state's sustainable development and digital transformation plans.

This visit comes as part of the college's commitment to linking the educational process with real-world applications and providing its students with opportunities to gain practical experience that contributes to preparing qualified professionals capable of meeting the demands of the modern era.

The college affirms its commitment to continuing to organize such visits, which contribute to developing students' awareness and enhancing their understanding of the role of technology in serving society.
