In collaboration with the ITI, the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Beni Suef University is organizing advanced training in game programming and virtual reality.

As part of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Beni-Suef University’s commitment to developing practical skills and keeping pace with the latest digital technologies, the Multimedia Department has conducted a specialized training program in game programming and virtual reality (VR), in collaboration with the Information Technology Institute (ITI) under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

This event is held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qayed, Dean of the Faculty; supervised by Professor Dr. Farid Ali Mousa; and coordinated by Professor Dr. Hossam Miftah, Head of the Multimedia Department.

The training targeted faculty members, assistant staff, and students of the department, aiming to provide a deeper understanding of technologies for game development, interactive systems, and virtual reality applications. This initiative seeks to bolster the practical aspects of the curriculum and equip participants to keep pace with the rapidly evolving demands of the job market and the ongoing digital transformation.

Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qayed, Dean of the Faculty, emphasized that such programs are part of the Faculty’s vision to connect the academic study to the practical application. He noted that collaborating with specialized technology entities—such as the Information Technology Institute (ITI)—provides the Faculty’s students and affiliates with advanced training opportunities that enhance their competence and open up broad prospects in the fields of modern technology

The program concluded with an expression of thanks to the Information Technology Institute (ITI) for its fruitful partnership and ongoing support in enhancing the digital and technological capabilities of the college’s affiliates.
